This page describes the information JobDhundho currently handles, why it is used, and what happens when a candidate deletes an account.

When you register, JobDhundho stores the name, signed-in email, mobile number, date of birth, occupation, experience, company where supplied, city, discovery source, career domain, headline, and profile details you submit. The current product treats the mobile number as contact information; it does not claim that the number is verified.
Uploaded resumes, profile images, and certificate files are stored as private account-owned objects with database ownership records. Resume analysis may extract readable text for the requested analysis. Submitted certificates and issuer names are candidate-provided supporting records, not issuer-verified credentials.
JobDhundho uses deterministic rules and, when the configured DeepSeek AI service is enabled, may send relevant resume text, submitted credential names, job information, or company-and-role preparation prompts to that provider to produce resume analysis, Application Fit requirement interpretation, mock-preparation questions, or study material. Provider output may be stored when it forms part of a personal report or Premium service request. AI results are decision support and may be incomplete or wrong.
JobDhundho stores saved jobs, referral requests, company and role targets, scheduled preparation requests, and generated Premium preparation material when you use those features. For published jobs, it may also store that your signed-in account viewed a listing or clicked its official Apply link, plus application stages that you confirm yourself. An Apply click is never treated as a completed application. JobDhundho cannot observe what happens on an external employer website and does not persist every Application Fit result.
Community messages store your account identifier, display name, career domain, message, and time posted. Do not post confidential employer information or sensitive personal data. When you delete your candidate account, JobDhundho deletes your current V1 community messages rather than retaining them under your name.
Premium checkout and recurring billing are handled by Razorpay when configured. JobDhundho does not store raw card details, UPI PINs, or bank credentials. It stores subscription status and provider references needed to deliver Premium. On account deletion, future renewal must be cancelled safely and the user-linked subscription row is removed; a minimized, account-unlinked provider reference may be retained for reconciliation. Razorpay may separately retain transaction records under its own operational requirements. Contact-form submissions are standalone support records and are not automatically deleted solely because the same email deletes a candidate account.
Candidate files are retrieved through authenticated ownership checks and are returned with private, no-store caching. JobDhundho limits accepted upload types and sizes, applies same-origin protections to account-changing requests, and rate-limits selected sensitive actions. No internet service can promise absolute security, and this policy does not make a certification or compliance claim.
The Privacy & account section of your dashboard lets you type DELETE and request permanent candidate-account deletion. JobDhundho first blocks new candidate writes and prevents an active Premium renewal from continuing, then resolves in-flight file recovery, deletes account-owned resume, avatar, and credential objects, and removes the profile, uploaded-file records, skills, saved jobs, application activity, credentials, analyses, Premium requests, referral applications, and community messages. Deletion is reported as complete only after no candidate file recovery remains unresolved. A pseudonymous operation record and minimized payment reconciliation record may remain; they do not contain your resume, name, email, phone, or profile. Signing up again creates a new candidate state and does not restore the deleted profile or documents.
