These terms explain account registration, AI guidance, Premium billing, referrals, interview preparation, and how your information is handled.
Effective 22 August 2026By creating an account or using JobDhundho, you agree to these terms and the privacy choices shown when information is collected. Premium is optional and requires separate acknowledgement of its recurring monthly billing terms before checkout. The Privacy Policy explains candidate-data handling and account deletion.
JobDhundho provides career decision support, resume analysis, job discovery, learning recommendations, and role-specific CV optimisation. Some features use automated systems and third-party services. JobDhundho is not an employer, recruitment agency, university, certification body, or guarantee of selection.
You must provide accurate information, upload only files you are authorised to use, keep account and CMS credentials secure, and review generated content before relying on or submitting it. You remain responsible for the truthfulness of every application.
ATS scores, career matches, roadmaps, and suggested improvements are estimates based on available inputs and configured criteria. They may contain errors or miss context. They do not predict an employer’s actual screening system or hiring decision. JobDhundho must never fabricate qualifications, employment, achievements, or certificates.
Listings may originate from employer career pages, authorised CSV uploads, or partner feeds. Availability, compensation, location, and eligibility can change. Users should verify every role on the employer’s official site. Course links may include clearly disclosed affiliate tracking; commercial relationships do not guarantee suitability or outcomes.
JobDhundho Premium costs ₹1,000 per month, plus any tax shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly billing through the hosted payment provider. The first payment and mandate are authenticated by that provider. Premium begins only after confirmed payment. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law, duplicate charges, or a confirmed service failure, unused time is not refunded or prorated. Referral access is limited to companies whose channel is marked verified and never guarantees a referral, interview, or offer.
Payments are handled by an approved hosted gateway. JobDhundho does not store raw card or UPI credentials. The gateway or issuing bank may send pre-debit notices and require additional authentication under applicable payment rules. Failed, halted, expired, or cancelled mandates suspend future Premium access. Billing concerns should be reported with the payment reference so they can be investigated.
Uploaded CVs and certificates may contain personal information. JobDhundho processes them only for the services you request and applies account-based access controls. Camera and microphone access for mock preparation requires an explicit action in the interview room. The current camera preview stays in the browser; if a live avatar provider is connected later, the consent screen must explain what is transmitted, why, how long it is retained, and how deletion can be requested. JobDhundho does not use interview video for biometric identification.
The service may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn. AI mock questions and study material are preparation aids, may be incomplete, and are not confidential interview banks. Users should verify current company information using official sources. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDhundho is not responsible for employer decisions, course outcomes, third-party sites, or losses caused by inaccurate user information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
